Emma Radest

Brand & Operations Manager

After several years working in post-production on documentary and reality television, Emma Radest made the leap into hospitality in 2022—a move inspired by a lifelong love of food and the art of hosting. Her first role in the industry was alongside her brother, hospitality veteran Jes Taylor, in opening the historic and beloved Sergeantsville Inn, where she was responsible for all brand management, events and restaurant operations. During the opening, she was also tapped to help launch and manage local neighborhood café, Covered Bridge Café & Market. In her latest chapter, Emma is once again partnering with Taylor with Aubrey’s Corner.

Raised in a family that values adventurous dining and generous hospitality, Emma carries that same spirit into her work today. At Aubrey’s Corner she is dedicated to creating an environment where guests feel instantly welcome—where the menu reimagines familiar favorites with creativity, the atmosphere is bright, fresh, and comfortable, and the team takes genuine pride in delivering thoughtful, high-level service. For Emma, hospitality is about more than food and drink—it’s about ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting memory and the feeling that their time at Aubrey’s Corner truly mattered.
